1. Information Whiteboard Online Ltd and Finntrack collect

One can visit Whiteboard Online and Finntrack and utilize it. But for that one has to customize with some features of the Services. The users have to first register with the appropriate services. When user registers, we will request certain personal information, including name, address, name of the institution where one studies, relevant IDs, etc. This information better enables us to provide the user with content relevant to his/her interests and provides us with aggregate demographic data that Whiteboard Online and Finntrack use to improve the services offered to all users.

Whiteboard Online and Finntrack do not collect any unnecessary information from the users; or share any personal information about users with third parties without the users written permission.

3. What Whiteboard Online LTD and Finntrack do with the information it collects.

The user ID and password selected by the user during registration must be used to login to the sites and participate in the site activities and services. Please note that any information that is disclosed in these areas does not become available to any third parties, including the course/institutional management, instructors, parents, and other students.

Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas does not become public information. The personal information the user supplies to Whiteboard Online will not be given, sold, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed to any third parties outside of the authorised personnel of Whiteboard Online and Finntrack.

Whiteboard Online LTD and Finntrack may use aggregated personal information to determine the demographics of our users and to distribute statistics and general marketplace information about Whiteboard Online. These demographics will always represent aggregate information and will never identify a specific user.

Some features of Whiteboard Online LTD and Finntrack may be offered in conjunction with a partner company. In order to provide these features, it is not necessary for the user of Whiteboard Online and/or Finntrack services to share the students personal information with this company.

4. Access to Information

Whiteboard Online LTD and Finntrack offer users the ability to correct or change the information collected during registration. Users may change this information at any time and as often as necessary by choosing the "edit personal information" option offered throughout the Service.

5. Security

All of the personal information is stored on secure servers at a location designed specifically to ensure that no unauthorized individuals have access to the server or its data at any time.

6. Whiteboard Online LTD and Finntrack Privacy Policy Statement Changes

If Whiteboard Online LTD and/or Finntrack changes this privacy statement, we will post those changes to the client institutions so that they will always know what information is gathered, how the information might be used, and whether it will be disclosed it to anyone. By using Whiteboard Online LTD and Finntrack services, the user signifies assent to the Whiteboard Online LTD and Finntrack Privacy Policy Statement. If one does not agree to this statement, please do not use the Whiteboard Online LTD and/or Finntrack sites or their Services.
